ABC 7 NYC reports that Ruth Rosner celebrated her 105th birthday at Breads Bakery on Saturday, and enjoyed a delicious “three-part babka cake.”
ABC 7 says Ruth lives across the street from Lincoln Center and goes to Breads Bakery to hang out with friends every single day.
Almost 100 people showed up to her weekend celebration!
The bakery also gave her a shout out:

Rosner also made headlines in November 2020, when she was only 104. The theme of this segment was the importance of voting; Ruth was born in 1916 and cast her first vote in 1936. This feature was also filmed at Breads Bakery, where she praised the menu options. Notice she’s wearing the same amazing hat.
Another inspiring Upper West Sider celebrated her 110th BIRTHDAY last month!
