After much debate, construction to build 200 Amsterdam has been approved. The developer is SJP Properties, who plans to launch sales this coming fall.
The building will be 668 feet tall with 112 apartments across 51 stories. While many have been calling it the future tallest building in the neighborhood, it won’t be quite as tall as 50 West 66th Street.
