Renderings for the upcoming Cipriani at Waterline Square have just been released. The 28,000 square foot space expects to be open this summer. This will be their first large scale culinary experience, similar to what you might find at Eataly. The upcoming food hall will be located at Two Waterline Square, or 30 Riverside Boulevard (at 61st Street).
Designed by Martin Brudnizki — the Lincoln Square Cipriani will offer:
- a retail selection of food products.
- an area with produce stands.
- multiple specialty counters including a coffee bar, a gelato and pastry shop and a pizza bar.
- a full service restaurant open 7 days a week.

This will be Cipriani’s sixth location in NYC. The current five include a Harry Cipriani at the Sherry-Netherland (781 5th Ave), 110 East 42nd, 376 West Broadway, 25 Broadway, and a Cipriani Club Residences at 55 Wall Street.
The new Cipriani will be located at Two Waterline Square, which faces the almost 3 acre public park by Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects.
Waterline Square is located between 59th and 61st Streets along Riverside Boulevard and West End Ave. The condo complex consists of three towers, a giant suite of amenities, and plenty more exciting shops and restaurants to come.
