Father’s Day Dining
5 Napkin Burger
If you want to make everyone happy, you can’t go wrong at 5 Napkin’s Upper West Side restaurant. The menu includes specialty burgers, tuna poke, salad bowls, and even the new vegan Beyond burger. The bonus here is the extensive beverage list including the “no proof needed” list for summertime drinks like blueberry mint lemonade.
2315 Broadway (84th Street)

Bluebird London
Make sure to request a table to see the views of Columbus Circle and Central Park. The best option on the menu is the classically British, fish and chips. Don’t be put off by the chic atmosphere, this place is very kid friendly. Do make sure to make a reservation.
Time Warner Center
Boat Basin (Bring the dog too)
If the sun is out, there is no better place to eat. This casual outdoor café offers some surprisingly good eats including their pizzas. Located right by the water, there’s plenty of space for your kids and dog to run around after they eat.
79th Street in Riverside Park
Pomodoro Rosso
Our family favorite! The staff is very accommodating, even with a packed house. We went there for New Years Eve and you would think it would have been a disaster with a one year old, but everything was seamless, even fun! They offer the best Italian food on the UWS. My daughter’s favorite is the Farfalle con Salmone.
229 Columbus Ave (between 70th and 71st Streets)
