Extell Development has filed plans to build a 22-story building at 2551 Broadway, at the southwest corner of 96th Street. This was first reported by The Real Deal.
The proposal for the mixed use building would include 130 apartments and a total of 276,578 square feet.
The site was formerly home to a Gristedes. Recently, new retail spaces were listed in the space which the supermarket once occupied.
Extell purchased the site for $80 million in October of 2017. The purchase also came with came with 151,000 buildable square feet with inclusionary air rights, according to The Real Deal.
