• Body Sculpt With Simoné Bart: A little movement goes a long way, and Simoné’s class will help activate your muscles primarily thanks to your own bodyweight and a series of pulses, squeezes and repetitions. There’s also light cardio, if you’re looking to get your sweat on!
• Mind/Body Strong With Gerard Thelemaque: Physical and mental health are extremely connected, and Mind/Body Strong helps to build strength, mobility and endurance — completely guided through breath work. Expect to leave your session with a clear head, feeling energized to take on the day.
