Amy Schumer recently took a tour at 555 West End Avenue, a school-to-condo conversion located between 86th and 87th Streets (h/t nypost.com). The developer, Tamarkin Co, purchased the site from St. Agnes School for $50 million back in 2014. The new development houses 13 beautiful and, very expensive apartments.
Schumer viewed a five-bedroom apartment listed for $10.3 million, which is actually less than she paid for her current apartment at 190 Riverside Drive.

Building amenities include a doorman, gym, recreation room, stroller valet, onsite storage and a roof top terrace.
If she ends up buying the 555 WEA unit (or any other apartment in the neighborhood), it will be her third place in the neighborhood. At least that we’re aware of. Before she bought her apartment at 190 Riverside, she lived in a townhouse floor-through on tree-lined 80th Street.
Schumer recently had a baby, so maybe that has something to do with her new home search. Though the one she lives in now seems more than acceptable for a 0 year old.
