One of the funniest celebrities who live in NYC is our neighbor. Amy Schumer purchased her penthouse at 190 Riverside Drive back in 2016, as the Real Deal originally reported. She paid a bit over $12 million for it. A big price tag, yes, but it was originally listed for over $18 million. Anyway, Amy Schumer’s Upper West Side apartment is obviously awesome.
It’s a 4500 square foot duplex with five bedrooms, a gas fireplace, wrap around terrace, and awesome walls of windows extending into ceiling skylights.

Amy Schumer has lived on the Upper West Side for a while. Before purchasing the apartment above, she lived in a townhouse floor-through on West 80th Street. It was very nice, and a million-dollar-plus property, but nothing like her current digs.
