The 27th Annual Tulip Planting Festival will take place Saturday and Sunday (November 11th and 12th) between 10am and 4:30pm. All are welcome to help plant and food will be provided (hot drinks and turkey)!
The West Side Community Garden is located at 123 West 89th Street. It is one of many community gardens of NYC, which are all terrific escapes from the noise and chaos of the city. But, they need to be maintained! So this is the perfect way to contribute to keeping the city green.
