Sales will soon be launched at 212 West 93rd Street, New York YIMBY reports. The 14 story residential condo is being designed by architecture firm ODA.

The new development is being built at the site of Congregation Shaare Zedek.

Back in July of 2018, the Commercial Observer reported that the congregation’s president, Michael Firestone, had partnered with the developers to receive financing to support the new construction, as the congregation had been facing financial issues.

The developers, Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, were granted full construction permits during the spring of 2019.

Shaare Zedek will now be located within part of the first three floors of the new development; it will have an area of about 9,000 square feet.

According to New York YIMBY, the residential component will span 39,543 square feet, and some apartments will come with private terraces. Official filing plans indicate that amenities will include a fitness center, bike room, and storage (h/t City Realty). According to Streeteasy, the building will include 20 apartments.

The Lindsey Stokes Team of Compass will be marketing the apartments.

It isn’t clear exactly when sales will launch, and if when they do, whether or not real estate agents will be allowed to show apartments (or construction sites) in person.
