Dmitry and Ekaterina Rybolovlev

Ekaterina is the daughter of Dmitry Rybolovlev, who purchased a penthouse at 15 Central Park West for her in 2011. The apartment went for a record-breaking $88 million at the time.

Dmitry is a Russian billionaire whose fortune primarily came from Uralkali, Russia’s largest producer of potassium fertilizer.

Arthur Zeckendorf

15 CPW is a Zeckendorf development, so it should come as no surprise that Arthur lives here. The building was developed in partnership with Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings.
