Boru Boru first opened on February 11th, 2018 at 774 Amsterdam Avenue. The Japanese restaurant is focused on Kosher and vegetarian foods. Some specialties include noodle bowls, Bao Buns, snacks, and more. And I’m not sure what this means, exactly, but they’ve mentioned an “inventive” beverage program. So that sounds pretty cool.
Some foods to look forward to:
Korean Fried Wings
Bibimbap, a classic Korean meal. Rice is topped with seasoned vegetables, meat and an egg on top.
Their ramen
crispy chicken Kara-Age marinated with sake
steamed bao buns
And the interior looks cool!
