Central Rock Gym has just opened a location at 21 West End Avenue, at the corner of 60th Street (thanks to Jay Gilbert for the tip).
The new rock climbing gym aims to be community centric and welcoming, offering a range of difficulty from huge overhangs to much easier climbs.
There are climbing specific training stations with hang boards, campus boards and several other cross training exercise stations.
They also have rope stations for lead and top rope climbing.
