Charles Grodin’s Upper West Side apartment is on the market for $3.2 million, the New York Post has reported. The three-bedroom home is located at 33 Riverside Drive, on the corner of 75th Street. Kleier Residential is marketing the listing.
The profit will be modest, at least compared to what some other celebrities living in NYC pull in on their real estate deals. The Post article mentions that Grodin and his wife, author Elissa Durwood, bought the Upper West Side apartment for $2.7 million in 2006.
A few features of the co-op include a 23-foot entrance gallery, herringbone floors, southern exposure and Hudson River views.
