Start off the new decade the way Joseph Pilates would have wanted…by incorporating Pilates into your routine—a cross-training tool for your favorite sport or even as a standalone core workout. Pilates could be the core piece to make your 2020 resolutions stick this year! And now you can try it for free!
Club Pilates is not only for traditional Pilates enthusiasts. It’s for anyone looking to build strength, increase flexibility and improve range of motion. Improve your golf game, hone your tennis serve or just tone your entire body – this is a true full-body workout in every sense of the word.
Club Pilates offers Reformer-based Pilates classes, using a modern approach to classical methods, at a price that makes membership attainable and gives longevity to allow for Pilates to remain in your routine. Whether you’re young or old, no matter if you’re mostly sedentary or a more active athlete, there’s a Club Pilates workout fit for everybody.
In addition to small group classes, Club Pilates also offers Private Training. This is great if you’ve never tried Pilates before or are looking for a more intimate experience. It is also a great benefit if you’d like to enhance your practice and really work towards your individualized fitness goals. Many members retain a monthly membership for group classes and add in Private Training a few times per month. Clients that try Pilates for the first time usually have a variety of movement backgrounds, including but not limited to: dance, gymnastics, weightlifting, yoga, boxing, surfing, tennis, football, basketball, golf – anything you can imagine!
As you gain core strength, better flexibility, enhanced mind-body connection and coordination, you’ll feel the benefits ripple through your daily experience. A balanced life, with sustained energy through your whole day and feeling more capable within your own body.
As Joseph Pilates said,
“You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”
The workouts are tailored to fit your individual needs by our comprehensively certified instructors, each with over 500 hours experience or more. They will guide you through everything the club has to offer, and make sure you feel safe and secure in your practice, even if you’ve never tried Pilates before. Not only does Club Pilates offer the use of the Reformer, a Pilates apparatus utilizing spring tension and body weight for a full Pilates experience, they also offer several other props and equipment pieces including TRX, Bosu, Springboard, Chair, Triggerpoint foam rollers and more! There are over 7 different class styles in 4 different levels, so the workouts are never boring!
A More Balanced Life. Pilates for Prevention.
One of the major concentrations of Pilates is balance with the support of good stability. This is crucial to prevent injuries and support recovery. Without incorporating these fundamentals, injuries are imminent. In order to get the strength and tone that is ultimately desired, exercises, stretches, and every day motions are worked through with the correct muscle balance. When the body is balanced, working out becomes easier and goals are obtained more quickly. Strengthening your deeper muscles along with your smaller supporting muscles improves posture and creates a more efficient workout. There are many people suffering from injuries or conditions that make moving difficult. Pilates caters to these needs and allows a person to work out without creating further stress to imbalances.
It Comes From the Core.
Allowing literally everyone to customize their workout to their own level and desired goals is simply what Pilates does.
It Comes From the Core. It Comes From Club Pilates.
