Construction Begins at 50 West 66th Street

Construction has begun at 50 West 66th Street, which will be the tallest building on the Upper West Side, 6sqft.com has first reported. Set to rise 775 feet, the mixed-use development will house 127 condo apartments across 69 stories. Despite many objections from local residents, the building has commenced, with expected occupancy to begin in three years.

50 West 66th Street is being designed by architect Snøhetta.
