Currently, prices are starting at $950,000 for a 542 square foot studio to $4,550,000 for a four bedroom apartment measuring 2,264 square feet.
The building also comes with a full suite of indoor and outdoor amenities, measuring a total of 24,000 square feet. The outdoor areas of the building have been designed by landscape architect Van Valkenburgh Associates.
