An eviction notice, dated October 3, has been posted in the window of Kirsh Bakery & Kitchen, located at 551 Amsterdam Avenue, just south of the corner of 87th Street.
(Cherry House Co. LLC is Kirsh’s corporate name.)
In early August, Kirsh had posted a notice in its window saying that the restaurant would be “temporarily closing.” However, the language in the second paragraph (pictured below) left many confused.

Kirsh’s publicly listed phone number is out of service. Its website is also down. ILTUWS sent the eatery a message through Instagram, though. We’ll provide an update if any new information comes to our attention.
