Group Sought for Robbing Young Men in Central Park

A group of suspects are wanted for robbing two men, aged 20 and 21, in Central Park last month.

Police say that at about 9:05 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, “a group of unidentified individuals”–it wasn’t immediately clear how many there were–approached the young men near 62 West Drive (at West 97th Street) and “forcibly removed [their] backpack, headphones, and wallet before fleeing the location of foot.”

No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
