Hamilton Musical Director Buys Upper West Side Co-op

The musical director of Hamilton, Alex Lacamoire, recently closed on an Upper West Side co-op at 322 Central Park West, The Real Deal first reported. He purchased the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with his wife, Ileana Ferrera, for $3,800,000.

The apartment was first listed for $3,950,000.

The newest UWS celeb has landed this sixteenth floor apartment, which comes with:

  • Central Park and reservoir views
  • a wood-burning fireplace
  • a formal dining room and study
