Kamala Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, may be eyeing a luxury apartment on the Upper West Side, according to a report from the New York Post’s Page Six.

Citing anonymous sources, Page Six reports that Emhoff recently toured a $20,000-a-month, three-bedroom rental at the Park Loggia condo at 15 West 61st Street (between Broadway and Columbus Avenue). The building’s website does not list any available three-bedroom apartments, but other sources (like Streeteasy) show a three-bedroom unit available on the 17th floor for $18,500 per month.

Many of the building’s apartments offer views of Central Park, though the vantage point from the three bedroom that Streeteasy shows as available appears to be slightly obstructed by nearby Trump Tower.
Page Six’s sources say Emhoff arrived with a “convoy of SUVs and a phalanx of Secret Service.” The soon-to-be former Vice President was reportedly not spotted with Emhoff during the tour.
The Park Loggia was completed in 2020 and features amenities like a fitness center, yoga studio, game room, screening room, golf simulator, music practice room and an outdoor terrace with fire pits, gardens and more.
The family has strong ties to New York. Emhoff spent most of his childhood in New Jersey but was born in Brooklyn, and Curbed points out that his 24-year-old daughter, Ella, lives in Bushwick.
Another anonymous source told Page Six that Harris and Emhoff “were looking to be bicoastal.”

Kind of a crappy block, loud, truck traffic going down Columbus, BUT there’s a shopping mall.
“Many of the building’s apartments offer views of Central Park, though the vantage point from the three bedroom that Streeteasy shows as available appears to be slightly obstructed by nearby Trump Tower.”
No, that would be the Trump International Hotel and Tower, originally the Gulf and Western Building before the facedrop — as opposed to the money-losing, highly energy-inefficient, ostentatiously fugly structure at 721 Fifth Avenue built by undocumented Polish immigrants (paid for their labors only after decades of legal wrangling) from Mob-supplied concrete following the deceitful (remember “John Barron”?), vandalous ravagement of the opulent Bonwit Teller flagship store. Thankfully, the couple wouldn’t have their view obstructed by THAT, at least.
Obstructed by Trump again.
Cant wait for all the traffic this would bring.
Not true at all. She is moving to Kingston,Jamaica Its such a beautiful city.
That’s >barely< the Upper West Side.
I wish she move to the West 70s, so we could hang out.
I left a word out of the second sentence. Sorry about that.
