Izakaya Ida opened in August at 141 West 72nd Street, and so far has 51 reviews on Yelp with an overall score of 4 out of 5 stars.  This is a Japanese gastropub serving a variety of ramens, rice bowls and grilled meats.

The Upper West Side restaurant also serves 20 different brands of imported Japanese beer, sake, and spirits.

Kaisen Nagasaki Chanpon: pork broth ramen topped with stir-fried vegetables, pork and seafood.
