Jeff Bezos Eyeing Apartment at 220 Central Park South

Jeff Bezos may be looking to purchase an apartment at the uber fancy 220 Central Park South (h/t nypost.com). Sources told the Post he’s looking to drop about $60 million for a new home, which may end up being just a few blocks away from some other NYC condos Bezos owns.

Now that he is single, Bezos has apparently been working out a lot … here’s where you may be able to spot him doing his exercise routine.

220 Central Park South made recent headlines for the most expensive purchase in US history, when hedge funder Ken Griffith spent $238 million on the 24,000 square foot quadruplex penthouse.

Sting and wife Trudie Styler have also purchased an apartment at the new development (though they are still the owners of another trophy apartment at 15 Central Park West).

220 Central Park South is located right off the corner of 59th Street. Currently, there are three rental listings in the building – two priced at $59,000 and one at $60,000. Built by Robert A.M.
