Sadly, Laytner’s Linen & Home will be closing, according to a sign in the store’s window. Located on the corner of 82nd and Broadway, Laytner’s has been an Upper West Side staple for over 50 years.
While the store remain open, though, there are definitely some deals to be had.
Laytner’s also has an Upper East Side store at 237 East 86th Street. So once the UWS location closes, if you want to keep supporting them, please cross the park and buy stuff!
