Put on your dancing shoes! Lincoln Square BID’s free annual concert series is finally back! Every Wednesday from July 11 through August 29, from noon until 2pm, musicians will play a wide array of music in Richard Tucker Park at Broadway and 66th Street. Lincoln Square BID “promises performances from talented and local NYC music groups, that will get your feet tapping and fill your afternoon with fun activity.”
What’s better than free live music outdoors? Don’t miss your opportunity to listen to New Orleans Jazz, Latin dance, brass pop, country bluegrass, and more. If you are looking for a mid-day stretch, the West Side YMCA will lead yoga sessions in the park in between performances! The free concert series is sponsored by TD Bank as well as a partnership with the MTA.
After the Lincoln Square BID concerts end, great music continues just across Columbus Avenue at 2pm in the American Folk Art Museum with Jazz + Wednesdays, free concerts by the Bill Wurtzel Trio!
