Oscar-nominated actor Liam Neeson is planning to part ways with his Upper West Side luxury condo. The Irishman and his late wife, actress Natasha Richardson, purchased the property for just under $4 million in 1999, according to Robb Report.

The 4,500 square foot apartment is located at the Park Millenium at 111 West 67th Street (between Columbus and Broadway) and features a corner great room with custom millwork and double exposures, including Central Park views. The master bedroom has two separate bathrooms, a separate living area, a walk-in closet, boudoir, and a 150 square foot home gym.

The entryway to the 28th-floor apartment features a grand foyer that leads into a gallery. The space also includes custom built-ins, a family room and dining room area separate from the great room, and a dedicated laundry space. The kitchen features countertop seating for six, a large pantry, and a wine refrigerator.
The Park Millenium sits above an Equinox and the AMC Lincoln Square Theater. The luxury building has a 24-hour doorman, live-in superintendent and other amenities, all of which are covered by a $5,315 monthly common charge.
Neeson’s primary residence is a 34,000 square foot farmhouse in Millbrook, NY, about 90 miles north of the city. The actor is best known for his roles in films like Batman Begins, Taken, Star Wars: Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace, and Schindler’s List, which earned him a Best Actor Oscar nomination in 1994.
