We’re taking a break from the panic to present you with photos of musical artist Moby’s former penthouse apartment on the Upper West Side.
The four-level penthouse is located at the famous El Dorado, at 300 Central Park West (between 90th and 91st Streets), and it’s hit the market for $5,750,000 (first h/t nypost.com). The magnificent home is located in the south tower of the iconic building, and comes with six rooms and four terraces.
There are a total of 34 windows, offering all four exposures, including views of Central Park from every room.
A semi-private elevator landing opens to a beautiful stairway.
The corner living room is over 400 square feet and gets tons of light. It also has access to two of the terraces.
The sun-filled kitchen with cool casement windows comes with stainless steel Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. It also has direct access to one of the terraces!
A staircase leads up to the second floor which has two of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom which measures 20’7 x 13′. Both bedrooms on this floor have private bathrooms which are both fabulous. The master bathroom has amazing views!
The third floor features a wood-paneled library with built-in bookcases, and leads to the FOURTH terrace of the home … which measures 22′ x 32’8″! This library can also be used as a bedroom.
The top floor of the penthouse is a full floor media room or den, which can be used as a fourth bedroom.
