Developer Orly Gilat of Trevive Global is developing a luxury condo for those 55 and older at 324-326 West 108th Street, between Riverside Drive and West End Avenue. Gilat acquired the six-story buildings for $11.75 million in 2015, according to Real Estate Weekly.
The name of the condo will be Trevive W108, and the project’s website describes the setting as a “gorgeous Landmark building designed with the Nexters in mind — with an unparalleled range of features geared toward comfort, luxury, well-being and convenience.”
Amenities at the low-rise condo will include a landscaped terrace, communal lounge, landscaped backyard, fitness center, and an office and co-working space.
Services will include weekly laundry, on and off-site activities like cooking classes and theater outings, and a concierge – who is described as “not just a doorman, but an NYC aficionado who can assist with arranging any entertainment, transportation, scheduling or reservation need.”
The building will come with an elevator and fourteen apartments, some with private balconies.
We’ve reached out to Trevive Global for more info (including apartment prices and when they will be available). We’ll provide an update if and when they get back to us.
