The NYPD has put out an alert about a suspect being sought in connection to an incident of public lewdness on the Upper West Side this week. Police are hoping a member of the general public will be able to assist them in identifying and locating the man.
NYPD officials say that on Monday, August 5 at about 12:18 a.m., an unknown male suspect exposed himself to an 18-year-old female and performed a lewd act at the station on 72nd and Broadway.
Following the incident, the suspect fled on foot to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as a male with a light complexion, slim build and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue shorts. He also has a tattoo of palm trees on his upper thigh.
