Police reports state that on Monday, January 16 at about 12:42 p.m., a man entered a doctor’s office at 105 West 72nd Street (ClearMD) and removed an iPhone 13 from the table.
The iPhone – valued at approximately $1,200 – belonged to a 32-year-old woman who attempted to retrieve it from him, at which point he “forcibly pushed the victim away from him” and fled westbound on 72nd Street.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

The NYPD describe the individual as “a male, light complexion, approximately 20 years of age, 5’5″ tall [and] 110 lbs. with [a] medium build.” He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, black sneakers and a black backpack.
