Mekong Replaces Tum & Yum

Last modified on June 14th, 2019

Mekong recently opened at 917 Columbus Ave, between 104th and 105th Streets. It appears to be by the same owners as Tum & Yum, which previously occupied the space. Tum & Yum was strictly Thai, whereas Mekong offers both Thai and Vietnamese cuisines, plus a number of Pan-Asian dishes.

They offer a daily lunch special between 11:30am and 3:30pm which comes with a soda or water.

The UWS restaurant is open every day between 11:30am and 10:30pm.

So far their Yelp reviews are all 5 stars.

Here are a couple of photos from their Yelp.

Drunken Noodle: stir fried flat rice noodles with basil, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, carrot and chili.
