New and Coming Soon: Boggi Milano, White Rabbit’s Books, Six 60 One, Claire’s After Dark

Signage is up for Boggi Milano at the Shops at Columbus Circle. The Italian luxury men’s clothing and retail brand has signed a ten-year lease for a two-floor, 6,000 square foot space, according to Commercial Observer, and it’s expected to open in the summer. According to the outlet, this follows lease signings for spaces at 115 Mercer Street and 527 Madison Avenue. These will be the brand’s first U.S. locations. Some of the items featured on Boggi Milano’s homepage include a ‘Down-Filled Flannel Gilet With Hood’ for $548, a ‘Cream Cotton Velvet Jacket’ for $299, and a ‘Brown Mixed Stitch Merino Wool Full Zip Jumper’ for $448.

White Rabbit’s Books has opened at 200 West 86th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (h/t @uws.finds on Instagram). The new bookstore caters to children and teenagers and offers titles in English, Russian and Ukrainian. The two-room space will host classes and author talks (there’s an event calendar on the new business’ website). The shop is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Six 60 One is now open at 661 Amsterdam Avenue (between 92nd and 93rd streets). The new kosher market has gotten positive reviews so far, with Google reviews emphasizing the shop’s competitive pricing. “The store looks really lovely,” reads a post on Great Kosher Restaurants Foodies, a Facebook group. “Laid out very nicely. I didn’t check everything out yet, but the sushi counter looks amazing. As does the variety of salads and meats separately.” The space was previously home to Seasons, a kosher grocery store which closed in 2018.
