The soft-opening will run from December 4 to December 10, and the new eatery is offering patrons a $15 discount on its “Basic Omakase Courses” (which will be $48 after this period).
Sushi W has leased a space between Sal & Carmine’s and Wolfnights, a gourmet wrap spot which opened earlier this year. The last tenant to occupy this space was NY City Blinds.

The UWS restaurant launched this year, and this will be its first location. According to its website, diners will be limited to 1 hour per meal, and it’s dine-in only.
“We are working to revolutionize the way people experience and enjoy authentic Omakase-style sushi in an affordable manner,” the owners state on their website. “We take pride in our ability to optimize the pure taste of the fish sourced locally & globally and share it with New York City.”
Sushi W will be open seven days a week, with reservation times available for:
12pm, 1pm, 2pm (lunch)
5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm (dinner)

For those who would like outside dining, that is available at Sal & Carmine’s. Enjoyed it just yesterday.
Ate at Sushi W tonight – great addition to the neighborhood!
