At about 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 26, it was reported that two unidentified suspects vandalized the Christopher Columbus statue in Central Park by spraying painting it with the words “Murderer” and “Give Us Our Land Back.”
NYPD officials have now released surveillance footage of the pair, and are asking the public to help identify and locate them.

Anyone with information about the suspects and their whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
