Oldest Brownstones on the Upper West Side

I love old brownstones on the Upper West Side! And the older the better (as long as they’re intact). The Upper West Side brownstones listed below have the earliest dates of construction. Please note these are estimates provided by city records.

108 West 75th Street – 1880

This is one of the few brownstone condos on the Upper West Side.  It has five units, with oneone on each floor. It has a 20′ wide exterior and a classic stoop. The apartments are over 1000 square feet and given the scarcity of brownstone condos in such desirable locations, they command a pretty penny.
