There’s a new Panda Express in Morningside Heights! It’s located at 2852 Broadway, at 111th Street right next to Mel’s Burger Bar.
Panda Express is a fast casual Chinese restaurant chain with locations aggressively dispersed throughout our country. That’s my description for those of you who have somehow avoided shopping centers in New Jersey and Long Island.
It’s also the third new Chinese restaurant on the Upper West Side. I recently enjoyed some Lo Mein and dumplings from Grandma’s Restaurant At Lily’s 74, located on 74th and Amsterdam. As well as a lovely brunch at Jing Fong on the Upper West Side.
Panda Express favorites, according to their website, include:
- orange chicken with fried rice.
- grilled teriyaki chicken with white steamed rice and mixed vegetables.
- string bean chicken breast with brown steamed rice.
For those of you who are excited, here is some Panda porn.
