Police Identify Fatal Stabbing Victim

Last week, a 40-year-old man was pronounced dead after police discovered his body at an Upper West Side apartment building with multiple stab wounds to his neck.

NYPD officials were called to the scene at 140 West 104th Street (between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues) on Friday, April 18 at about 11:57 p.m., following a call about an assault in progress.

The victim–now identified as Shariff Clindinin–was transported by EMS to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he succumbed to his injuries.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
