Sales recently launched at Eleven Hancock, a brand new ground up luxury condominium located one block from Morningside Park on Hancock Place in prime Harlem. The building offers a range of studio to three-bedroom residences starting at $598,000 (many of which have already gone into contract), and over six-thousand square feet of amenities. Occupancy at the nearly complete luxe condo is anticipated for end of 2020.
Eleven Hancock’s edgy design is creating a lot of buzz. Its intelligent and original cantilevered design is complimented by zinc and rust colored horizontal bands, with the industrial-inspired windows highlighting the building’s exposed diagonal beams encased in finished concrete. The design introduces a new architectural aesthetic to the storied neighborhood—one usually seen surrounding new high-end condos adjacent to the High Line downtown. This unique exterior combined with the exciting floor-plans and amenities is swaying buyers to purchase immediately, with the building already nearing 40% sold.
Some of the features you’ll find in the studio to three-bedroom homes include wide plank white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, Miele washers and dryers and high-performance multi-zone heating and cooling systems. A number of Eleven Hancock’s residences also feature dedicated home offices, while 50 percent of the homes boast outdoor space, including several that come with private rooftop cabanas preinstalled with BBQs and outdoor kitchens.
Kitchens boast Italian-crafted Noce Moro and Pearl Gray cabinetry by Cesar with Calcutta quartz countertops and backsplashes, Miele refrigerators and ovens, and wine fridges.
Bathrooms at Eleven Hancock feature Chevron stone floors with large format Calacatta tiled walls; Kohler sinks, hardware and soaking tubs; Toto toilets; handcrafted fine velvet-finished vanities by Cesar with Pure White Caesarstone countertops and medicine cabinets with integrated USB outlets.
Eleven Hancock’s amenities provide space for residents and their children to stay fit, play, and relax – both indoors and outdoors.
The new condo offers its residents two stunning shared outdoor spaces – both with outdoor kitchens, BBQ stations, seating and dining areas.
Enjoy sweeping city views on the stunning roof deck.
Or indulge your senses on the 3,500-square-foot, lush and landscaped garden terrace.
The beautifully designed fitness center comes with Peloton bikes and treadmills, smart connected training tools and the latest weight-training equipment.
The communal lounge is the perfect place to gather, work or just relax in comfort.
Additional amenities include a full-time doorman and live-in super, children’s playroom, pet spa, large package room and storage spaces.
Eleven Hancock’s South Harlem location gives residents immediate access to the green spaces of Morningside and St. Nicholas Parks, fine dining at iconic restaurants like Red Rooster and Sylvia’s, cultural venues including The Apollo Theater and National Jazz Museum, tons of shopping on 125th Street, and super easy access to the train station on 125th and Manhattan Avenue, where you can catch the A, B, C and D trains.

Looks spectacular!
Tons of new housing for the well to do
Very little for the 70000 homeless we have now
I agree wholeheartedly. Plus it’s so indicative of the desire of the powers that be to erase the Harlem community that had been in place for decades. I know this erasure had been planned at least since the ’70s, maybe longer, but I wish they had seen the value in preserving it.
Beautiful. Welcome to the neighborhood!
That lil girl chilln????
What happens to plush outdoor furniture when it rains?!
Uhh….it gets wet.??????
