Taste of the Upper West Side 2019

Taste of the Upper West Side 2019 will be happening on May 17th and 18th. The 12th annual event will bring over 80 acclaimed chefs offering samples of their best signature dishes during this one-of-a-kind culinary showdown. From traditional to innovative foods and from American to exotic cuisines, TasteUWS always offers something for everyone. The two nights will take place at the O’Shea Complex Schoolyard between 76th and 77th Streets on Columbus Avenue. Read below for a preview of the UWS restaurants participating this year!

Taste of the Upper West Side 2019

Summer in the City

Friday, May 17th from 7-10pm

Tickets for Summer in the City are $115, which includes unlimited food and drinks.

First Time Participants Will Include:

Other relatively new Upper West Side restaurants to feature their foods will include Mama’s Too, Olma Restaurant & Bar, and Tartina.

Cocktails will be provided by Da Capo, Jake’s Dilemma and Prohibition.

And the musical guest will be DJ Svetlana.

Best of the West

Saturday, May 18th from 7:30pm – 10pm.

Tickets for Best of the West are $145, and the event will be hosted by Park West Village.

First Time Participants Will Include:

Other newcomers will include Elea and Mille-Feuille Bakery Cafe.

Cocktails will be provided by 67 Orange Street, Da Capo, Manhattan Cricket Club and Nobody Told Me.

And live music will be performed by Project Orange.

Taste of the Upper West Side is presented by Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District. Proceeds from the event go towards helping improve the neighborhood’s infrastructure: this year, the honoree is the West Side Campaign Against Hunger.
