Walking up and down the side streets of the Upper West Side means seeing all types of cool buildings. I’ve always been a rabid fan of brownstones and townhouses, and the more unique the better. According to city records, these are the littlest townhouses on the Upper West Side!

This adorable red-brick property is a single family townhouse with three stories, measuring 2100 square feet with a 17 foot width. The estimated date of construction is 1900. This townhouse really pops among its neighbors! And it’s located just down the street from my favorite Upper West Side movie theater.
125, 127 and 131 Manhattan Avenue
These single-family townhouses all measure 1920 square feet, with 3 stories and a single unit per townhouse. Each building measures 16.67′ in width. These properties were estimated to have been constructed in 1905.

51 West 105th Street

Taking the prize for teeniest Upper West Side townhouse, this 1,778 square foot single family home has 3 stories. It was estimated to have been built in 1900 and is still in great condition!
