Tina Fey’s Upper West Side Apartment

Last modified on March 9th, 2020

Tina Fey and her husband Jeff Richmond have lived at 300 West End Avenue for years. In early 2016, they spent just under $10 million on the four bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Upper West Side apartment directly above their original unit (which is also a 4 bed, 4.5 bath), which was first reported by the Observer. They did this to ultimately create their own duplex.

Fey and husband’s second apartment was originally listed at $7.5 million by Douglas Elliman’s Rosalie Liebman, so they clearly really wanted it, as they ended up shelling out $9.51 million for it.

The new pad came with 22 windows, two wood-burning fireplaces, and a private elevator landing.
