“Thank you and goodnight!”

Miriam “Midge” Maisel has cooked her last brisket at The Strathmore, ladies and gentlemen. One of the Upper West Side’s most radiant and sharp-tongued fictional characters is packing up her hats and heels at 404 Riverside Drive, near West 113th Street, and putting it on the market for $1.75 million.

While much of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel was filmed on the Upper West Side — including the grand traffic jam along Central Park West in the show’s finale or the Dublin House, where Midge meets Lenny Bruce to discuss the slog of being a comic — scenes inside the Maisels’ apartments were shot on a soundstage. If you don’t recall, Midge lived in The Strathmore, built in 1909, while her parents occupied a separate apartment in the same building.

Both residences featured seven rooms in the prewar structure, set in the 1950s. Elle Décor — which first broke the story — reports, “The set design did hew closely to period-appropriate decor and a layout very similar to those that might have been found in the building at the time.”

With 11-foot ceilings, two fireplaces, and views of the Hudson, this apartment is considered a classic 6, boasting prewar details and timeless charm. It features two bedrooms, a maid’s room, and a formal dining room that flows seamlessly into the spacious kitchen with oversized windows. Yes, Miriam got her “tits up” in this one: apartment 8A, listed by Courtney Heisen on the Jonathan Stein Team at Douglas Elliman. “The well-appointed sleeping quarters include a large primary bedroom with a windowed, ensuite bathroom large enough for a double vanity and soaking tub,” according to their property brief.

In the show, the Maisels’ apartments had seven rooms, so if you’re looking to break down some barriers, you could certainly make it seven here too. As Elle reports, the space could use some updating — the kitchen, in particular, hasn’t been renovated in about 30 years. Other amenities at The Strathmore include a doorman, live-in resident manager, handyman, porters, and options for storage rooms. The building has 12 floors and 48 units in total.

Woody Allen’s Deconstructing Harry was filmed here as well.

I guess we have to say it again—it hasn’t gotten any easier: Farewell to The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
