Jenn has lived on the Upper West Side for 12 years. She can often be seen spending time in Central Park, paddleboarding at the Jersey Shore, or taking her Havanese, Milo, to the dog park. Jenn began her career in health and fitness as a Nutrition Consultant, but soon evolved into managing multiple corporate fitness centers throughout New York City and the Northeast region. During this time in her career, she worked with corporate clients such as IBM, Johnson & Johnson and Dow Jones. Now, she is the owner of Trainers in Transit LLC!

Jenn has given back to our community in many ways. She was a running coach with Team in Training Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and writes for Divorce Force, a community that exists to empower those affected by divorce. She also hosts ‘Fitness Unleashed,’ a series of dog-friendly workout classes, and donates 50% of all proceeds to Animal Lighthouse Rescue, an organization that has rehomed over 1,000 stray dogs. But it doesn’t end there – Jenn also works as a personal trainer to multiple producers who work on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” (Ryan Seacrest even mentioned stumbling across his producers working out with her on one of their shows this season!), and has recently partnered with fitness app, Aaptiv, as a coach for their mobile workout classes. She does a lot of writing, and has been featured in Teen Vogue, Reader’s Digest, and Thrive Global as a result; she has personally finished 7 marathons, and she is currently training a client to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. Needless to say, Jenn embodies ‘girl power.’


Her life’s work came together when she founded Trainers in Transit LLC, a network of personal trainers who work to find a program that suits your needs.
