New Moms Group (In Partnership with Cooper Parenting) 
Led by a child development expert from Cooper Parenting, this group offers practical tips on navigating the early months of parenthood, answering questions and providing guidance on a myriad of topics while also providing a community atmosphere for new moms and babies to connect, bond, and build new friendships. Sessions are filled with strategies, solutions, and answers to your most important questions about newborn parenting. Join Yael Kahn Pinto, MSEd, early childhood educator and Director of the Wasserman Center for Family Life,  for a conversation on navigating the exciting world of your baby’s development through purposeful play. Dr. Aliza Pressman: The 5 Principles of Parenting
Join us for a conversation with Dr. Aliza Pressman- developmental psychologist, professor, co-founder of the Mount Sinai Parenting Center, and host of the award-winning podcast Raising Good Humans – for a conversation about her groundbreaking new book, The 5 Principles of Parenting: Your Essential Guide to Raising Good Humans.

Dr. Pressman will share the five science-backed strategies every parent can apply to everyday scenarios while reminding caregivers that there is always plenty of room to err and repair. Pressman’s simple approach cultivates confidence so parents can learn to trust their instincts and abilities. Dr. Pressman will be in conversation with Vanessa Kroll Bennett, puberty educator and author of This Is So Awkward: Modern Puberty Explained.
