The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a woman involved in an incident of reckless endangerment earlier this month.
It was reported to police that on Friday, April 7 at about 5:10 p.m., the unidentified female discharged a firearm from a rooftop of the Douglass Houses, located in the low West 100s on Columbus Avenue (a specific address was not provided).
The individual then fled the location on foot to parts unknown.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

How does anyone know if there were no injuries? Did they find the bullet or bullets?

Aren’t there laws against firing guns off the roofs of buildings in NYC??? I believe there are. Time to pass more laws against this. Only then will it stop.
