Please- be smart.
If you are going to kill yourself, do it somewhere and somehow your action does not jeopardize others’ well being..
Pills, OD, a quick trigger pull in the back forty… but rundown by a train? Throwing yourself off a building? Breaking in to the lion cage? Driving a car headlong into on coming traffic? Blowing up a plane? The idea you want the attention going out in drama and flames reflects very poorly on you and your life. And most of us are not as ill as you.
Remember that and get help- 988.
Your compassion is overwhelming.
