Earlier today, New York YIMBY announced that construction of The Park Loggia at 15 West 61st Street has been completed.

This is the residential section of 1865 Broadway, which is where the Columbus Circle Target is scheduled to open in the fall of 2020 (hopefully). Originally, Target announced that it would open as soon as building construction was complete, but that is clearly not the case.
